1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Fluorite ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Fluorite websites, editor, APIs, and embed packages (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@fluorite.studio if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the workflows, shaders, and other content you create. By publishing content to the community you grant us and other users the right to display it and to fork it into their own editors, as those features describe.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• publish content that is abusive, deceptive, or malicious
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or its APIs
• misrepresent your affiliation with us or other users

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
