Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Fluorite ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Fluorite websites, editor, APIs, MCP server, and embed packages (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta service

The Service is in public beta. Features, limits, and APIs may change or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We will try to give notice of changes that affect your work, but we cannot guarantee it during the beta. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API tokens secret. Notify us promptly at hello@fluorite.studio if you believe your account or a token has been compromised.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the shaders, images, and other content you create or upload, and you are responsible for having the rights to it. We use your content only to operate the Service for you.

When you publish a shader to the community, you grant us and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, embed it, and fork it into their own work through the Service. Making a shader private again stops new forks; existing forks remain with their owners.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• publish content that is abusive, deceptive, sexually explicit, or malicious
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or its APIs, or work around its limits
• create accounts or tokens to evade a suspension or a limit
• misrepresent your affiliation with us or other users

6. Limits

The Service applies usage limits, such as caps on requests, uploads, storage, and the number of shaders per organization, to keep it fair and available. We may change these limits during the beta.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes and contact
