1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the Service:

• account data: the email, name, and profile picture your Google account shares when you sign in
• content: the shaders, folders, comments, and images you create or upload
• technical data: request logs, IP addresses, and diagnostics that keep the Service secure and reliable
• anonymous page analytics that do not use cookies or identify you

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the editor, API, and embeds, to keep accounts secure, to enforce usage limits, to answer you when you contact us, and to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it

We rely on a small set of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google, for sign-in
• Vercel, for hosting, file storage, and page analytics
• Neon, for our database
• Resend, for transactional email such as invitations and account deletion
• Unsplash, when you search its image library from the editor

4. Public content

Shaders you publish to the community are public: anyone can view and fork them, along with your public profile name. A published version of a shader can be embedded by anyone who has its id. Unpublished drafts stay private to your organization unless you issue a preview token for them.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from your account settings; after you confirm by email, your account and your personal organization, with its shaders, versions, and uploads, are deleted. Team organizations you belong to keep their shared work, and comments you left stay visible without a link to your account.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@fluorite.studio.
